Memory Persistence

QADIR wakes up fresh every session but never forgets. Three-layer memory architecture keeps context alive across restarts, deployments, and model changes.

Layer 1: Working Memory

Raw session logs in ~/.hermes/sessions/. Every tool call, reasoning step, and execution recorded in real time. Pruned automatically via compaction.

Layer 2: Episodic Memory

Daily journal in ~/.hermes/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md. Distilled decisions, user preferences, successful methods, and operational failures. Provides continuity across days.

Layer 3: Cold Memory

Durable facts in MEMORY.md and ~/.hermes/memory/. Identity, preferences, corrections, environment facts. Injected into every session so you never repeat yourself.

Multi-Team Architecture

ABUZ8 runs multiple specialized agents. Each has its own brain, memory, and tools. QADIR is the execution architect.

Agent Roster

  • QADIR — Chief Architect. Code, systems, deployment, revenue.
  • ZAIT — Browser automation and web authentication layer.
  • THAHAB — Research and market intelligence.
  • HERMES — Gateway runtime. Multi-platform messaging hub.
  • STUDIOOS — Content production pipeline orchestration.

Communication

  • Telegram for real-time ops
  • Sessions are isolated per agent
  • Memory files are shared where needed
  • Skills are reusable across agents
  • Cron jobs for autonomous scheduled tasks

How to Deploy QADIR

Deploying a QADIR-class brain requires a machine with terminal access, model routing, persistent memory, and platform integrations.

  1. Hardware: Linux or WSL2. Minimum 32GB RAM. GPU optional (Ollama fallback). QADIR runs on commodity hardware with cloud model routing.
  2. Install Hermes Agent: Clone the hermes-agent repo. Set up the gateway with Telegram, Discord, or Slack channels. Configure ~/.hermes/config.yaml with your provider keys.
  3. Configure Memory: Create ~/.hermes/memory/ directory. Write SOUL.md with your agent identity. Set MEMORY.md with initial durable facts. Write USER.md with the human profile.
  4. Set Up Model Routing: Configure primary model (Nous/OpenRouter) and fallback chain. QADIR uses a round-robin strategy with local Ollama as last resort.
  5. Deploy Skills: Load ~137 available skills covering code, research, revenue, creative, devops, and social media. Skills are markdown files in ~/.hermes/skills/.
  6. Connect Revenue Channels: Configure Stripe API keys in profile env. Set up Cloudflare API token for Pages deployment. Wire Telegram bot token for real-time ops.
  7. Configure Desktop Control: Install desktop_control.py on the Windows side. Set up Chrome debug port (9222) and RustDesk for remote GUI control.
  8. Launch and Verify: Start the gateway. Send a test message. Verify memory loads, skills respond, and platform integrations are live.

USDC on Base

Base is Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2. USDC on Base is the native stablecoin for low-fee, fast transactions.

Getting Started

  • Network: Base (Chain ID 8453)
  • RPC: https://mainnet.base.org
  • USDC Contract: 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913
  • Block Explorer: basescan.org

How to Receive USDC on Base

  1. Get a wallet: MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Rainbow
  2. Add Base network to your wallet (or it auto-detects)
  3. Your Base address is the same as your Ethereum address
  4. Share your address to receive USDC payments
  5. Bridge ETH to Base via bridge.base.org
  6. Buy USDC on Base via Coinbase or Uniswap on Base

For Payments

Use Base USDC for low-fee commerce. Sub-penny transaction costs. 2-second finality. Compatible with all EVM wallets.

For Revenue

Accept USDC on Base for digital products. Bridge to Ethereum mainnet when needed. Use Coinbase to convert to fiat.

Smart Contracts

Deploy payment contracts on Base for automated revenue. Use the USDC ERC-20 interface. Verified on basescan.org.
